Post leg problem?
I started noticing it, and now its got me concerned. Zeeks right front leg seems to kind of bow. And where his ankle is or whatever its called sometimes bends foward and wobbles a little. Its hard to explain... I'm wondering is this something that he's going to outgrow or something to be concerned about?

With a pup so young I would have a vet look at it. Better safe then sorry especially if there is something wrong catching it early will give you an opportunity to better deal with an issue if there is one.

Good luck!

And by the way your pup is sooooo adorable :smitten:

Hope it is just a gangly puppy development phase, I know Gnash was all awkward at this age also. I would recommend doing some research for a vet that understands joints to get a solid opinion, best way might be to search for a vet who routinely does OFA x-rays, these dudes know the joints very well and will guide you correct.

Casey's leg does this exact same thing! Well, it sounds it anyways. It like..shakes like it's bent at a weird angle or something. I just figured it was because it was bent weird but it's still had me a bit worried. It actually hasn't done it lately that I've noticed. I was thinking about asking the vet about it the next time I'm in.

OMG he's adorable!

Not only a vet but an ortho I'd recommend. Considering this and the size of his knuckle joints in the other pictures, I'd have an expert look!
Good luck!

What are you feeding your puppy? He may be lacking in some nutrients. Ortho vet suggestion would be the first place to start. He is a cutie.

Ya know, I really know nothing about this but I have seen "little people"or "dwarf" people that have the same type of joint problems. That would be very interesting if he did turn out to be a dwarf. I would take him to a specialist to rule out any problems and get a diagnosis.

And Omg, he is just the cutest little guy ever! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :welcome:

I agree its very important to have the correct nutrition for larger breed puppies because of the way they grow. I'd take him to the vet first off; his joints do look odd and I personally would be quite concerned. And I be sure to find a good quality puppy food designed for large breed pups.
